HOW WE MAKE IT

GRIND COFFEE
Set your grinder to its most coarse setting, and check a little of its output before doing the full grind – you are looking for roughly the same consistency as breadcrumbs. Any finer and you risk cloudy, grimy-tasting coffee.

ADD WATER
Working to roughly a 1:8 coffee-to-water ratio, place your grounds in the tank, and cover with cold water.

BREW
Stir and allow to brew for 24 hours.

FILTER
Filter the coffee and remove the coarse coffee ground beans. Repeat a few times until it is the filtrate is clear of all residue.

BOTTLE
Run through the filling line and seal bottles after filling each bottle. Serve Chilled.
